Brian MacNeice Brian is an expert in organisational performance and high performing teams. He advises a range of international clients on driving improvements in the performance focus and culture of their businesses. Brian has led assignments across a diverse range of industry sectors, including Food and Drink, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise Development, Health, Financial Services, Software, Technology, Sport and Leisure and Utilities. Current clients include Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, APC, The AA, DHL, Glanbia, Dublin Airport Authority, Globoforce, Hostelworld, Everbridge, Marine Institute, IRFU, International Cricket Council, Olympic Federation of Ireland, Sport Ireland and many others.  

He also acts as a performance coach to several senior executives across the Kotinos Partners’ client base. 

He was previously founding Director of Genesis Ireland and prior to that he worked with Andersen, Deloitte and Vision Consulting.

Brian has led much of our extensive research into high performance and is a regular speaker on the topic at business conferences and seminars. His research into high performance has taken him all over the world to study what the best institutions in the world have in common and includes New Zealand All Blacks, IMG Academy, The Kirov Ballet, The Curtis Institute of Music, Elite Armed Forces, Google, Grameen Bank, The Mayo Clinic, The Finnish Education System, Médecins sans Frontières, the Tata Group, St Louis Cardinals, Toyota, SouthWest Airlines and many others. 

He recently published an award winning book, featuring much of this research Powerhouse: Insider accounts into the world’s top high

performance organisations and has also been featured in a recently published book The Game Changer featuring case studies of business transformation.He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Applications from DCU, a Diploma in International Marketing and an International MBA. He is an IRFU National Panel referee officiating in Ireland and Europe, a selector for the Irish National Cricket team, a sports administrator and an underage coach in both rugby and cricket.
