Joe DiVanna is the author of the annual Top 500 Islamic Banks supplement issue of The Banker Magazine, and contributor to many other international publications of the Financial Times family. 
 
DiVanna has worked extensively in Africa, Asia, Middle East, Europe and India. Over the past 3 years, he has facilitated strategy development with the senior executives in over 45 banks in the areas of retail, commercial, SME financing, investment banking and micro-finance. The range of his executive education session spans many banking diverse topics such as electronic payments, Cryptocurrencies, innovation, strategy, product portfolio management, channel management and many others. 

Since 2000, DiVanna has been instrumental in developing products such as 5-day MBA programme for bankers, the R@pid Research Methodology, the Ultimate Bank Challenge™ simulator game, and numerous bespoke assessment tools used by clients worldwide, in industries as varied as banking and finance, technology, government and retail. 

DiVanna specialises in advisory, research and corporate education programmes for diversified financial services and government.  He is a results-driven entrepreneur, management adviser and author.  Formerly at CSC Index, he has been Managing Director of his own research think-tank, since 2000.
