Olga Botero is a senior information technology executive with over 20 years of experience with large corporations in financial services, telecommunications and technology. 

Olga has led large transformation initiatives, created new businesses and companies, and executed complex projects through talent management, strategic planning, execution coordination and technology innovation. She is the founding partner of C&S Customers and Strategy, which specialises in emerging markets.  Its role is to advise senior management on growing, operating and transforming themselves in order to generate more value to their organisations around technology and special customer management.

Before that Olga was the Chief Information Officer of Grupo Bancolombia for 5 years where she managed all Technology activities for the sixth largest financial group in Latin America. Prior to joining Bancolombia, she spent eight years at Orbitel, one of Colombia's leading Latin American telecommunications companies where she was Director of Customer Service, Director of Marketing Operations and Director of Domestic Sales, responsible for defining and implementing Orbitel's customer management strategy for national and international operations. Earlier in her career, Olga held various roles including being Executive Director of Fedecolsoft, the Colombian Software Association.

In addition to her corporate roles, Olga has also been an Associate Professor at Eafit University, Javeriana University, Universidad Nacional and La Sabana University, four well known universities in Colombia, where she has run executive education courses on Customer Management and taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in Computer Science.
