Nicola Mendelsohn is the Vice President of Facebook EMEA. Appointed in June 2013, she has extensive experience in the advertising industry. Previously she was Executive Chairman at Karmarama (2008-2013), Deputy Chairman of Grey London (2004-2007) and a Board Director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty (1992-2004). Nicola was the first woman President for the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) in its 96 year history and is the industry chair of Creative Industries Council, which advises the government. She is also director of the Bailey's Prize for Women's Fiction.

Nicola has been the VP EMEA of Facebook since 2013, and Co President at Norwood since November 2015.

Nicola has featured in Management Today's 'Top 35 Women Under 35’ and was named an ‘International Woman to Watch’ by Advertising Age.

She has a degree in English and Drama from the University of Leeds.
