Niamh’s interest in productivity was sparked when she started her first job after college. She was given a phone and a laptop but received no guidance on how to manage her time or workload. Niamh struggled to keep her head above water and resigned from the job within a year due to stress. Since then, Niamh has spent over 15 years refining and experimenting with different productivity methods, combining them with project management and operations tools to develop a practical and effective approach to productivity that also supports your well-being. Niamh challenges the conventional approach to productivity, encouraging individuals to rethink how they manage their time, energy, attention, and relationships at work. Her talks offer practical and straightforward advice, delivered in an inspiring manner, that attendees can implement immediately. Niamh empowers individuals to make positive changes in their work lives. She believes that everyone deserves a better workday.
