Jean Gomes is the Chairman and Founder of The Energy Project UK, a company that is passionately committed to creating work cultures that are more human, more energised and more sustainably high-performing.

Gomes has 30 years’ experience as a consultant and is a trusted advisor to hundreds of leaders in some of the world’s most progressive organisations. He has worked in a wide range of industries, including extensive experience in elite sport. Gomes is co-author of The New York Times best-seller, 'The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working' with The Energy Project President and CEO, Tony Schwartz. He is a regular keynote speaker and has designed and delivered award-winning global leadership programmes. Jean lectures at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and INSEAD’s LEAP leadership programme.

Gomes has led the adoption of The Energy Project UK's work in Europe and Asia Pacific, amongst a wide range of clients including Nike, eBay, Unilever, Microsoft, Schneider Electric, Sony, Fujitsu, Shell, Maersk Oil, National Australia Bank Group, the BBC and Save the Children. He has coached over 60 CEOs and senior leaders and worked with many dozens of leadership teams on strategy, leadership and innovation. He has given keynotes to organisations including the Bank of England, Stella McCartney, BBVA, BT, Pfizer, Santander, UBS, Unilever, Coca Cola, Allianz, Deustche Bank, UK Sport and Allied Irish Bank.
