Recent discoveries have shown that innate Human Resources can be maximised when inherited Human Needs are met in balance, and that most underperformance and poor human relations issues, are aligned to unmet needs. 

Change occurs when people experience a new understanding and do things differently to get needs met.

Some of the key areas where we are applying these new understandings to bring practical difference are as follows: Fine tuning of Leadership and Management engagement style, Role clarity and team contribution priority, Facilitating a living strategy, Communication with information and Maximising the human resource. 

Our experience has shown that facilitating groups and coaching individuals leads to more sustainable results. People deepen their understanding of the science of human nature and learn how to effectively apply these new discoveries and knowledge in their work situation and private lives. This helps to develop awareness and liberate people to reach their full potential.

Bart holds a science degree and an MBA and in the past has been a Working Capital Reduction Consultant with multi-nationals both in the UK and the USA.

Clients experience an approach that is engaging, informative, and challenging but more importantly immediately usable in effecting growth not only within each individual but the human resource of the business or organisation.
